Our rice dumplings are made with glutinous rice and mung beans, sandwiching luxurious and rich flavours of Chinese mushrooms, fatty pork, conpoy, salty eggs, chestnut etc. Boiled in high heat for three hours, these rice dumplings are ready to serve with a little dip in sweet soya sauce or sugar.
